Sam Woodbury
Samuel Woodbury found his passion for brotherhood and leadership within the
Marine Corps when he was meritoriously promoted for being squad leader. His
service taught him how to lead by example and create a team orientated
environment so others could reach their highest level of potential. His values of
dedication, resiliency and discipline inspired him to further his professional and
personal development in working with others.
Fueled by his own personal journey to recovery from addiction, Sam’s passion for
helping individuals reach their potential transformed into working with others in
their journey to recovery. Working in the behavioral health field since 2012, he
has fostered his honesty, leadership and discipline to work effectively within the
addiction treatment industry. Sam has developed collaborative relationships built
on organic and strategic business development. Using an authentic and
innovative approach, he has served as an integral part of many teams to build
relationships with like-minded individuals to bring the best care to clients and
their families. His vision, which is driven by the guiding principle that people
suffering from addiction can, and do get well, has always been his motivation and
the essence of what he brings as a true leader.
Holding various executive titles including Director of Operations, Director of Client
Services and Director of Admissions, Sam has also obtained certification through
CCAR as a certified Recovery Coach and has helped families all over the nation
find lifelong recovery. During his time in the Admissions and Business
development role, Sam was successful in growing the census over 50% in his time
at the company while keeping it at 95% capacity. His natural business competence
and ability to connect with people has influenced his success in effectively
building business and helping hundreds of families and their loved ones find long
lasting recovery.
Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder
Raquel Vargas
Raquel, born and raised in Orange County, CA and began her career in the Behavioral Health industry in 2017. Raquel Joined Noble Billing in October 2020 as a co-founder and currently runs all operations as the Chief Operating Officer.
Since Joining Noble Billing, Raquel has taken on the important task of strengthening operations and servicing accounts. She also manages a Utilization Review team for VOBs, Billing, Claims and offers support.
Raquel strives to increase revenue for our clients and offer solutions for otherwise complex billing issues. She is a self-taught Manager who has supervised and managed VOB, Billing, and Claims since the beginning of her journey in the industry back in 2017.
Besides being motivated by customer satisfaction, Raquel’s primary motivation is her son, who she enjoys spending all her free time with.
